These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the subscription services provided by Canwin Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") through the agentAUX mobile application (the "App"). By subscribing to the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
During the trial period, which lasts for 3 months, users can enjoy all features of the app without any restrictions. Upon the expiration of the trial period, users are required to subscribe in order to continue using the app. The app does not initiate any payments from the user. Only the user has to decide and make the payment to subscribe to their own.
2.1 Subscription Plans: We offer the following subscription plans - like half-yearly, annual, and three-year subscriptions. Each plan has different pricing for the subscription duration. Details of available subscription plans are provided within the app.
2.2 Subscription Activation: A subscription will be activated upon payment of the applicable subscription fee through the app.
3.1 Payment: Users must subscribe individually, as we do not automatically charge any payments or impose recurring fees on subscribed users. Each time, users will need to subscribe on their own. The app will not initiate any automatic payments from the user. It is the user's decision to continue or not.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund: You may cancel your subscription. Simply send a subscription cancellation request to support@agentaux.com. Upon receipt, we will review your request and take the necessary action, such as refunding the amount on a pro-rata basis.
4.1 Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
4.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities while using the app or subscription services. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, the distribution of harmful content, or the violation of intellectual property rights.
5.1 Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the app and subscription services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or subscription services.
6.1 Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
7.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. By subscribing to the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
